Which file formats can I upload?
STL, OBJ, STEP, and STP files up to 25 MB each. STL and OBJ support interactive previews. STEP files are accepted for manual review.
How is a custom print priced?
The studio reviews material, estimated print duration, labor, finishing, and quantity. You receive a written quote before committing.
Can I change my specifications?
Use the conversation on your quote to discuss revisions before accepting. Accepted quotes preserve the agreed specifications.
When will my order ship?
Product listings show production estimates. Custom projects receive project-specific terms. Follow actual production milestones in your account.
Are my model files public?
No. Model files are private and available only to your account and authorized studio staff.
What materials are available?
Available materials appear in the quote request form. The studio enables only the materials it currently offers.
